The General Manager will oversee daily operations, staff management, customer satisfaction, and financial performance for a pool service and construction company. This role requires a strategic leader with expertise in business operations, team management, and a strong service-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: Manage day-to-day operations, scheduling, and ensure quality across pool service and construction projects.
Financial Oversight: Oversee budgeting, track expenses, and analyze financial performance to ensure profitability.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and evaluate staff, promoting a positive and efficient work environment.
Customer Service: Ensure high satisfaction, maintain client relationships, and address service issues promptly.
Sales & Growth: Support sales strategies, promote services, and assist with marketing efforts.
Strategic Planning: Identify growth opportunities, optimize operations, and implement scalable systems.
Qualifications
